We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

  • Once the order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partners.

 

 

 

3. DELIVERY TIME

 

 

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

 

  • Remote or non-metro areas may require additional delivery time.

 

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

 

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

 

 

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

 

  • Any additional charges such as Cash on Delivery (COD) fees will be mentioned at checkout.

 

 

 

5. ORDER TRACKING

 

 

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

 

  • Customers are advised to track their orders regularly for delivery updates.

 

 

 

6. FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERY

 

 

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.

 

  • DRFT beyond ordinary is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.

 

 

 

7. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

 

 

  • If your order is received in a damaged condition, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.

 

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. DRFT beyond ordinary will not be liable for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
