Refund policy
At DRFT beyond ordinary, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in delivering quality products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Original tags, labels, and invoices must be intact
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Accessories such as rings, studs, earrings, magnetic studs, bracelets, and chains (due to hygiene reasons)
- Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers
- Gift cards or free items
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, customers must:
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with order details
- Provide clear images or videos of the damaged or defective product
- Wait for return approval from our support team
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. REFUND PROCESS
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues (clothing items only).
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
- Subject to stock availability.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
- If an order is canceled by DRFT beyond ordinary due to stock unavailability or other reasons, a full refund will be processed.
7. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
- Do not accept the delivery
- Take clear photos or videos
- Contact us immediately
8. DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- If the issue persists, reach out to us for assistance
